Ingredients for Potato Raita Recipe
Curd - 250 gms.
Potato - 2-3 (boiled)
Green chilli - 1 (chopped)
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon (roasted)
Black pepper - less than 1/4 tea spoon.
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon (chopped)
Salt - less than 1/4 tea spoon (according to the taste)
Method - How to make Aloo Raita Recipe
Whisk the curd well in a mixer.
Peel the potatoes and mash them. Put the potatoes in the curd along with green chilli, black pepper, salt and cumin seeds. Keep on stirring with the spoon and mix the ingredients well. Potato Raita is ready.
Take out the raita in the bowl and mix the roasted cumin seed powder in it. You can garnish the raita with coriander leaves.
Keep the bowl in the refrigerator and take it out at the time of serving the food. Serve the chilled Potato Raita with hot fresh food.
