Ingredients for Sesame Green Bean Salad
French Beans - 200 grams
Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoonful
Oil of Sesame seeds - ½ tablespoonful
Salt - ¼ tablespoonful
How to make Sesame Green Bean Salad
Wash the beans and remove the hard stem from it from one side. Don’t remove the stem from the other side. The stem on the other side are useful while eating. Put a cut from the side and divide the long beans into two equal parts.
Add the half quantity of salt in the beans and mix it nicely to retain the colour of beans while cooking them in steam.
Cook the beans mixed in salt in steam for 4-6 minutes. Only cook for the time till the beans become soft. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Fry sesame seeds in the heated oil. Add the salt left in the steamed beans and fry them for 1-1/2 minutes along with the sesame seeds. Turn off the flame. Sesame Green Bean Salad is ready. Take out the salad in the plate. Serve and garnish it with the salad leaves around it.
