Amla Ki Chutney Recipe

This chutney is very nutritious when eaten during meals everyday. It improves stomach digestion and removes iron deficiency in the blood.

Ingredients for Amla Chutney

  • Amla ——— 100 grams
  • Green coriander(dhaniya) ——– 50 grams
  • Green chillies ——– 2 to 3
  • Black pepper ——– 7 to 8
  • Heeng(asafoetida) ——– 1 to 2 pinch
  • Salt ——– add to taste

How to make Amla Chutney

Wash then cut Amlas and remove their seeds. Wash coriander and green chillies and chop them into big pieces.

Make a fine paste of Amlas, green chillies, black pepper, Heeng and salt. Delicious and nutritious Amla Chutney is ready...!!
