Ingredients for Matar Palak Curry Recipe
Pea - 350 Gms (1 bowl of granules)
Spinanch - 1/2 Kg
Tomato- 250 Gms
Green Chilli- 2
Ginger - 1 inch in length
Oil- 1 1/2 tablespoon
Besan - 1 tablespoon
Asafetida - 1 to 2 pinch
Cumin seed- 1/2 smallspoon
Turmeric poeder - 1/4 smallspoon
Salt- (According to taste (3/4 small spoon)
Garam masala- 1/4 (small spoon)
How to make Matar Palak Curry
Remove the stems of spinach and wash it with fresh water. Put the spinach in a bowl and provide low heat to the pan. Grind the boiled spinach in a grinder.
Grind finely tomato, green chilli and ginger in a grinder.
Boil the granules of pea.
Take a pan and put 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan and heat the pan. Now put the cumin seed it, after the cumin seed is properly fried, then add tomato paste into it. Fry the masala til it turns into granules of it and released from the oil. Put the boiled pea into the pan, continue stirring and fry it properly.
Put the oil in a small frying pan and heat the pan. Put the besan into the hot oil and fry it with low heat. When the besan turns brown, Add tomato and pea into the fried masala and mix it properly. Pour one bowl of water into the masala and stir the masala. Cook it till the boiling starts. Turn off the burner and put the garam masala into the masala. Mix the masala properly.
Your pea and spinach curry is ready. Take out the recipe in a bowl and serve and eat hot with bread, chapatti. naan and rice.
