Mixed Veg Raita recipe - Mixed Vegetable Raita Recipe

Ingredients for Mixed Vegetables Raita

  • Curd – 250 gm
  • Cucumber – 1 (peel and chop finely)
  • Tomato – 1 (chop finely)
  • Green chili – 1 small size (chop finely)
  • Coriander – 1 tablespoon (chop finely)
  • Black pepper – 1/6 small spoon
  • Roasted Cumin seed - ½ small spoon (ground)
  • Salt - ¼ small spoon (or as per taste)

Method - How to make Mixed Vegetables Raita

Take Curd and whisk it well. Put the chopped cucumber, tomato, green chili, and coriander to the Curd. Now sprinkle some black pepper, salt and roasted cumin powder and mix well. Mixed Vegetables Raita is ready.
