Ingredients required to make Tofu Cutlets.
Tofu - 300 gms.
Oil - 1 table spoon.
Soya sauce - 1 table spoon.
Sesame - 2 tea spoon.
Salt - 1/2 tea spoon (or according to the taste)
Black pepper - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method - How to make Tofu Cutlets.
Cut Tofu into long pieces. You can cut into any shape or size according to your preference.
Pour little oil in a non stick pan and put the tofu pieces into it. Roast them from both the sides until they turn brown in colour.
Keep on pouring soya sauce with the spoon over the tofu pieces and let them turn brown. Turn off the flame.
Put sesame into the pan and roast till they turn brown.
Sprinkle roasted sesame, salt and black pepper over the tofu cutlets and mix well.
